((it wouldn't even come out. I think I just activated it early. Smashing is worth a shot, but deactivation is better cos they're probably super valuable, which will help us replace the mules that have probably trundled away and died in a berry bush by now)).

(( Agreed that a big gem in one piece is worth more than a smashed one. But unless it turns to powder [or explodes, which I wouldn't put past Spider now that I think about it.] a smash gem is basically still gems, just smaller. We may get forced into doing something though if they keep sniping people. The big central gem on the dias may be the power source. Might be worth seeing if that one can be yanked.))

(Oh yes....let's go and touch all the things, or you could figure out what the range of them are and back up to the other side of the room to fight off the rest of this horde and then..touch stuff. by the way, what are the yellow triangles that are facing each other, maybe that's how you deactivate the lazer snakes)

Coljin does a quick spell and heals Ulmwin. (1st level, cure wounds)

Heal ulmwin: 1D8+6 = [6]+6 = 12

"How injured are you, Z?"

Actually, by seeing the battle, can Coljin see anyone who is most hurt in the group?

Coljin: You move over to and heal up your fellow gnome.

((You're the most injured of those you have a good visual assessment on, that giant lizard chomped your arm pretty good. Zephyr got kicked in the gut, but she's only taken 6 damage by my count.))

One of the giant lizards keeps heading towards exit, while the other scrabbles across the dead camel between Holger and Maji.

A zombiefied guard scrabbles over the dead mule into the depression below the altar.

The zombie mule heads towards the blocked exit as well.

1D8+2 = [5]+2 = 7


But probably misses.

Maji will attack the giant lizard first and kitty second if Giant lizard is down (if not then attack giant lizard again)

Rage bite, rage claw: 1D20+5 = [17]+5 = 22
1D8+6 = [5]+6 = 11
1D20+5 = [7]+5 = 12
2D6+6 = [5, 2]+6 = 13


(Huh? Why is there letters and a questionmark by maji's name? Also how much hp does this form have left?)

Ulmwin: You just barely catch the zombie cat with your rapier, and as you withdraw the blade, it finally stays down.

The left snake statue doesn't fire, but the one on the right does, seemingly honed in on Randy, but Holger and a zombified giant lizard are partially between him and the statue.

((Randy and Holger, I'd like DEX saves from you, Holger, you have advantage on yours since the beam is only incidentally passing through your space.))

The giant zombie lizard gets clipped by the beam on its way towards Randy, and it shakes its head in confusion...

DEX save: ZGL: 1D20-1 = [2]-1 = 1
DEX save: ZGL: Advantage: 1D20-1 = [11]-1 = 10

Statue Beam: fire, necrotic, radiant: 1D4 = [3] = 3 --> 1

Holger is surprised by the blast and takes it all. He circles around the zombie, hoping to get some distance between him and the laser.


Holger daggers: 1D20+5 = [1]+5 = 6
Off hand: 1D20+5 = [8]+5 = 13

Off hand damage: 1D4 = [2] = 2
Holger dex save: 2D20.HIGH(1)+3 = [4, 5]+3 = 8
Oh for spoons sake :roll:

And I think this is the 11th round so mirror image vanishes now

Nem tries to move the gong around so it shields her from subsequent blasts. Ideally, shell angle it just so, so that it reflects its beam at a bad guy (or back on itself if there's no one around).

((PS I wanted to be on the left side of the gong, not the right. I'm not sure if I just wrote the wrong thing...))
