Maji grunts and bears through the pain of the snake bite, resisting the effects of their toxins.

Randy's eyes flutter open as he comes to consciousness.

Randy sits up with a gasp, looking a little disoriented for a second. His eyes focus and he quickly looks around, orienting himself to where he is and what's happening. His eyes widen a bit when he sees Zephyr's wounds. "Spork."
He reaches over, lightly touching the wound.healing: 1D8+3 = [1]+3 = 4 (( :| Eh. Actually makes more sense in terms of the story line. He's not in the greatest shape right now.))
About all he's able to do in his current state is stop the bleeding before he exhausts himself. He staggers to his feet and helps pull Zephyr up. "Time for a tactical retreat. We need to get out here."
He pulls his remaining sword, looks around for the other one and his bow. He sees were they're lying, grimaces, and shakes his head. "Later." he mutters.

After coming to, Randy gifts some grateful healing to the tiefling who has tried to keep him reasonably safe in the interim, and struggles to his feet, doggedly rejoining the fray.

The skeleton that Randy approaches, irritated at being blocked from going to its master's aid, snaps down at Randy, the bony jaws clacking against his armor.

Bite: Randy: 1D20+5 = [10]+5 = 15

In frustration, it slashes at him with the scimitar, carving a deep gash in the recently awoken ranger, the sudden loss of blood dropping him unconscious again.

Scimitar: Randy: 1D20+5 = [20]+5 = 25
CRIT: Scimitar: Randy: 2D6+3 = [4, 1]+3 = 8

The skeleton steps over his body, headed for the backside of the stone golem.

((Maji may make an opportunity attack as it moves away from him.))

Zephyr moves south a little around the brazier in an attempt to get a clear shot of Zihuassal and fires a fire bolt at him.

As the firebolt hits the mummified snake lord, some of his wrappings and the desiccated flesh underneath begin to burn as he shrieks.

"It isss my time to rissse! I will not be defeated!"

((Badge, you want to put a little more flavor on how you kill this guy with your firebolt? It would seem that fire was extra effective against his dry self.))

As zephyr hauls herself across the floor, her body dragging a little from the pain of her wounds, she arrives at the other side of the brazier, hanging onto it slightly for support as she rises unsteadily to full uprightness on her feet. She looks across the dark room at the monstrosity before her and puts her hands together at the palms and shouts "Die you son of a Snake Whore". A bolt of fire erupts from her hands and shoots across the room into the side of the snake.

Bonus action: "Roxy, kill the skeletons next."

As that happens, it impacts him and catches him alight as he screams his defiance, before dropping to the floor in a smoldering heap that crumbles to dust and sand. The two skeletons turn and look in Zephyr's direction, empty sockets giving her a baleful glare. On the ramp, all of the snakes pause as one, heads swiveling to the side and tongues flicking...

Holger will step out into the room and raise himself as far up as possible near the wall. He'll shoot a fire bolt at the closest skeleton.

Holger fire bolt: 1D20+6 = [6]+6 = 12
Fire bolt damage: 1D10 = [3] = 3

Maji's quarterstaff cracks down on the skeleton as it moves away from him, snapping a rib or two quite effectively.

Holger floats up and unleashes a firebolt at the snake armed skeleton, but it misses and sputters out against the sand and stone of the floor.

The swarm of snakes slithers through Ulmwin's legs and out of the ramp entrance and into the room.

((Ulmwin and Coljin may make an opportunity attack on them at disadvantage, as they've spread out and are trying to avoid being hit.))

Coljin swings at the snakes, but misses.

Coljin: Opp Att: 2D20.LOW(1)+4 = [9, 11]+4 = 13

The gnome cleric runs to the end of the ramp, and seeing Randy lying in a pool of his blood, pauses to pray a little guidance on himself. drops his mace to swing his crossbow up and fire on the snake-armed skeleton.

Coljin: Crossbow: 1D20+3 = [14]+3 = 17
Coljin: Crossbow: 1D8+1 = [6]+1 = 7

Nem cautiously moves to the bottom of the ramp to see what is happening in the room below. She'll drop down, and keep to the dim light in the top-right of the room before Messaging Holger:

"What the hell is that golem? Why aren't we running?"

Tess heads down the ramp and towards the shadows (using your Cunning Action to Dash), but isn't able to make it to the corner but I guess messages Holger anyway?

Ulmwin pulls back his foot, and realizes he's about to kick mass of poisonous serpents that just slithered between his legs and winds up kicking himself in the back of the calf instead.

The snake armed skeleton moves towards Zephyr, stopping short of her, all three heads weaving back and forth.

Ulmwin gasps at the golem, before shooting at the skeleton he sees..!

crossbow attack: 1D20+4 = [3]+4 = 7
1D8+2 = [5]+2 = 7

He's about as useful as usual. Seeing Randy bleeding out, though, he is looking to move as close as possible to him... (If I can actually reach him, let me know, because then I'd probably toss him a heal instead.)

Maji moves 2 to the right and uses thronwhip on golem, pulling it closer to him and hopefully making it trample snakehead.
Thornwhip: 1D20+5 = [19]+5 = 24
1D6 = [5] = 5

Excellent.

Edit: just realized he may not be in range so he will go downwards right, downwards, downwards right (toavoid snake swarm) and then downwards for range if needed.
