Kal is with the group yes, and is welcome to roll perception. If anyone else speaks draconic, they can roll too :)

Korrik makes an obscene gesture and dances about, but otherwise keeps dodging and retreats backwards.

((How far away are the other rope bridges as they connect to the main tree?))

They are about 150 feet away at their closest points behind the main trunk. You have a clearer view about 180+ feet away as they lead off deeper into the woods and making their paths through the canopy.

None of you are able to hear the what the lizardfolk are saying over the blaring horn sounds.

Korrik taunts the lizardfolk a little as he retreats back amongst the rest of his party.

((Gwen then Mehriv))

The sound from the 'horn blasts' continue. At least would make it hard for them to communicate. Gwen continues her retreat and fires off an eldrich blast, hopefully at leader lizard.
Eldrich blast : 1D20+6 = [13]+6 = 19
1D10 = [1] = 1

The shot is true but barely does anything.

With all the lizards still out of range, Mehr just keeps holding his Ray of Frost.

I think that means Kal is up. He'll take another potshot... And miss. Which is fine. He's more concerned about covering the group.

"...so we got a plan here, or are we just sticking around for target practice?" Syli asks, launching another rock fruitlessly at the lizardfolk

"Hmph..." Syli frowns. "Yeah. Cover me while I flush 'em out."

Before Mehriv can make further inquiry, Syli moves around the back of the tree, and in a blink, a ginger tabby is scampering down to the base of the tree.

((Varsk cut some of the bridges, not all of them. They could retreat, and it would be fairly clear to Varsk, and anyone really checking, which had been cut and which hadn't.))

Having no long range options, I stay out of the way of the others, and keep on dodging.

"Dunno about any mission but sittin' here is definitely puttin' our lives in danger. Let's see how good that shiny new shield of yours is."

Varsk will wait for his turn and dash across the bridge. He will guess that Kal will come along, seems like he has got some sort of holy mission that will align with covering Varsk's back for the time being.

Well, Syli was going to spring up behind them and force them into range, but I guess this is a thing.

Mehr will head forward and Dodge. He can't reach from here anyway, and Syli's expecting him to cover her.

All right. We are still on turn order, but since the lizards are holding and you guys are planning, well swing back round to enact your plan, starting with Varsk (since he's at the front).

Gwen keeps up the horn blasts, signalling gods-know-what to gods-know-who Varsk keeps both hands on the bridge for balance, and dashes 60 feet across, bringing him about halfway across the rope bridge. The two archers release their held shots at him, one going wide and one bouncing off his armor:

Shortbow attack: 1D20+2 = [2]+2 = 4
1D20+2 = [9]+2 = 11

Kal follows behind, to cover the folk near him.

((What order was everyone else going in?))

Syli drops out of the tree in her cat form and begins to move across the cleared ground. She makes it 40 feet through the difficult terrain with a dash (or 20 feet without - I wasn't sure what she was planning).

((Perception checks from everyone please))

I'm no good at range, so am planning on scurrying along behind Kal.
