Okay,
Based on
STR 10
DEX 18
CON 11
INT 2
WiS 12
CHA 6
I would get skills of
Acrobatics +5 = 1 Rank +4 Ability Modifier
Climb 1 = 1 Rank
Escape Artist 5 = 1 Rank +4 Ability Modifier
Intimidate -2 = -2 Ability Modifier
Perception +9 = 1 Rank + 1 Wis +7 Racial/Skill Focus
Stealth +5 = 1 Rank +4 Ability Modifier
Survival +1 = +1 Ability Modifier
Swim = 0
Specials
Jump = +12 = +4 Dex +8 Mysterious Bonus (Apparently in Pathfinder Fennic Foxes mated with some kangaroos...no their actually better relative jumpers than Roos)
Track Noise = +5 = +4 Racial +1 Ability Modifier
Selected Feats:
Diehard
Dodge
Iron Will
with
Perception -Skill Focus as a racial feat...
The other two are joint with his mistress...
And the 50% rule will be for any trick he's only partially learned...
I'll allow her to use archaic elvish words, but anyone who speaks/reads/understands elvish will understand her...even though they might wonder why she's talking like she's 537 years old to her fox...
(And it will not be a language slot either...)

And then it's class skills again, so Acrobatics, Climb, Perception, and Stealth have another +3, but otherwise it's looking like things are matching up now.
I was going more for Elvish at about more in the 1000 years or greater ago range, although I have no idea what the early histories are, so only if it exists. (I'm still trying to fill this language slot). Although,...this face on the end doesn't seem to bode well...I'm competently fine with just going with modern elvish and finding something more normal for the other language.
Edit: although, now that I think more she's probably not quite that educated (she's a little educated, and she might have a streak of the amateur linguist in her, so even if she did know a few words, the chances of them being the same words she would need for commands are probably not so good), not to mention she probably didn't get that many illicit slips off to the nearest, biggest library in her youth and I was already having her dust off her calligraphy and alchemy(her parents definitely did not approve of this particular undertaking) lessons so I might just drop the Old Elvish idea.

But I don't see elvish as a language 'moving' that much because of the race lives so long...and its a written language which makes 'movement' far slower than non-written languages...(Old Orc is a completely diffrent kettle of fish)

Unless you wanted to count all animal skills as class skills, I suppose. :b
I can only see that ending poorly. We already wound up with the party's wolf having the best climb in the party sans the rogue in my
last Pathfinder game.
I've almost got my equipment finished up. I'll toss updated links as soon as I'm ready.

Animal companions can have ranks in any of the following skills:
Acrobatics* (Dex), Climb* (Str), Escape Artist (Dex), Fly* (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Perception* (Wis), Stealth* (Dex), Survival (Wis), and Swim* (Str).
All of the skills marked with an (*) are class skills for animal companions. Animal companions with an Intelligence of 3 or higher can put ranks into any skill.
That would mean Acrobatics, Climb,
Fly, Perception, Stealth, and Swim...
Quarg, for my character, do you have any objections or concerns with the following? I opted against the Underpants of Wisdom... a WIS boost only gains me access to two more feats at this point, so I went a bit more conventional as STR and armor do more on a regular basis.
► Show Spoiler
PROTECTION
Leather Lamellar Armor of Brawling: The wearer gains a +2 bonus on unarmed attack and damage rolls, including combat maneuver checks made to grapple. Her unarmed strikes count as magic weapons for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction. Armor Bonus: +5, Max Dex: +3, ACP: -1, Wt. 25lbs. Price: 4060 gp.
Ring of Protection: This ring offers continual magical protection in the form of a deflection bonus of +1 AC. Price: 2000 gp.
EQUIPMENT
Belt of Giant Strength +2: This belt is a thick leather affair, decorated with huge metal buckles. The belt grants the wearer an enhancement bonus to Strength of +2. Treat this as a temporary ability bonus for the first 24 hours the belt is worn. Slot belt; Weight 1 lb.; Price 4,000 gp (+2)
Monk's Outfit This simple outfit includes sandals, loose breeches, and a loose shirt, and is bound together with sashes. The outfit is designed to give you maximum mobility, and it's made of high-quality fabric. You can conceal small weapons in pockets hidden in the folds, and the sashes are strong enough to serve as short ropes. Price: 5 gp, wt. 2lbs.
Battle Mask: Made from wood, bone, or similar materials, this mask covers its wearerÔÇÖs actual appearance and identity by depicting a hateful, leering face instead. Because of a battle maskÔÇÖs excellent craftsmanship and exquisite details, the wearer gains a +1 bonus on Intimidate checks made to demoralize an opponent. Price: 50 gp, wt. 2lbs.
[thumbnail]
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-K5-w ... 223318.jpg[/thumbnail]
Tattoo: Patterns extend down both arms and across back and chest.
Total gp spent so far, 10,115 gp, plus tat cost... likely pick up some more stuff from the goods/etc, the belt, armor and ring are my major purchases as long as you OK them. The lamellar armor is from the Eastern Armor... I figure he may have gotten access to some more exotic stuff via his pit fighting days, but mostly liked the flavor/stats of bit better than having him putting on some kind of mail.

Yeah...adding both skill points and class points for a creature hainging out with someone seems a bit problematic at best...
Spider...
My only problem with you dropping both Wis and Int is that he might be a bit like Sych's character in the Willpell game...

Well yes...
But I'm going to make your character an offer in his past he was offered either two thousand gold by a sleazy promoter or:
A Dragon Amulet
Description: A small magical silver 'dragon' golem on a silver chain.
The wearer, if they concentrate on a particular question or conversation can gain a +1d6 insight bonus to understand it (equivalent to an intel bonus) depending on the happiness of the dragon shaped golem
To keep the magical silver golem 'happy' it must be provided alcoholic beverages regularly (at least once per day)
If the golem is unhappy, then it will provide no bonus
If the golem is really unhappy, it might flash a random idiotic thought into the wearers mind...

I'll take it! Of course, now I'm tempted to make it unhappy at least once just to see what happens.
Flavorwise, unless you had something else in mind, I'd picture him dunking the amulet in a drink and it consuming all the alcohol in the drink, leaving the rest behind... ?

So I'm going to post draft opening entry situations for each of you. I'm going to try to closely follow what you've already posted about your characters but feel free to comment back on the drafts if you think I'm wrong on something...I don't want to waste too much time on getting things moving and I don't want to railroad your characters but I do need to point the launch rails in the right direction...

Ooooh, that's a good price for lady hugs! Arg is used to paying silver and five coppers!
In other news, my sheet is pretty set, other than the martial flex feats and some other low cost adventuring items. I dropped the RoP to make room for his little dragon golem buddy... Sheet can be found
here for your viewing pleasure.
He's definitely the blunt instrument of the group, but in the event that we need to intimidate someone to get the info we need, he's sitting at a +14 on Intimidate.
And whenever we do get around to some fighting, can dish out 1d8+10 damage at +13 to hit.
Also, if you really NEED/WANT it in mythweavers format, I can do that... I like them for autocalculating stuff, but they are kind of a pain for dealing with a bunch of feats, etc.

Oh hey, I knew I've just happening to be sketching the elf for some reason, I have one almost done drawing (just as soon as I convince her to grow that pair of arms she's supposed to have....) which I was going to put up anyway because I seem to have gotten a strange idea about attempting to hit it with some acrylics that are just sitting around being useless and trying to make sense of it after that prospective fiasco....methinks not so good. Otherwise, I'm just about done with the sheets. Let's see...what's the price for a middling quality paintbrush (she's not quite serious enough to set down and buy a proper set of calligraphy/art supplies, but she'd like to try something to practice with)?
Edit: okay,..now only need to grow one arm....
And, as done as I'm gonna be for now.

Draft Pre-scenes
This is my attempt to work out why you are all at the same place at the same time to begin the game. If you think there is something wrong or the character would take a diffrent tact tell me as this is just a draft. The real idea is to give you a reason to be at a given place with a real purpose in the city based on your backgrounds.

ArgÔÇÖak Kro
It was early morning, the old hag handed over the loaf of bread filled with warm fried eels and cold scrambled eggs. She sniffed at him and went back to trying to sell more of her little breakfast wonders to sailors and passengers moving along Ferry Quay. ArgÔÇÖak went back to watching people go aboard the Mirca Island Ferry and waiting.
ArgÔÇÖak took a bite and pondered the memory of plates of eggs, meats, and cheeses he had first been served when arriving in the city. That had all vanished after all four of them had been tossed into their first ÔÇÿMeleeÔÇÖ in an arena. ArgÔÇÖak discovered that he violated some unknown rule causing his team forfeit the game (apparently, he mistook one of the refereeÔÇÖs for an opponent) ArgÔÇÖak went from being well fed and housed by the teamÔÇÖs promoter to having to pay for his own room bed and meals from the paltry portion of his wages.
Kerac, the promoter, had run off with a pile of bad debts at the end of the ÔÇÿMeleeÔÇÖ season. ArgÔÇÖak and his team mates discovered KeracÔÇÖs treachery by being roused from their morning beds by men in blue wearing steel chains across their body. ArgÔÇÖakÔÇÖs team mates were held liable for the teamÔÇÖs debts and were indentured to row the Serene RepublicÔÇÖs galleys for six months to pay them off.
ArgÔÇÖak, lucky or wise, found himself in the employee of a small man everyone called ÔÇÿMr. ValÔÇÖ while waiting for either a new season of games opened in the arenas, or he earned enough to pay for passage back to the north. Mr. Val was a small, wiry man with grey eyes as hard as flint. He spoke little, mostly just puffing at the pipe in between his teeth. He mainly had ArgÔÇÖak wait around the small, single vaulted room under the old Arena that used as a warehouse; even having the orc sleep there on a raised straw pallet. ArgÔÇÖak would take delivery of goods one day, then let another group of men take them away a few days later, marking the number delivered and taken goods on a chalkboard above his bed. Occasionally, Mr. Val would have ArgÔÇÖak accompany him to some merchantÔÇÖs place about the city, mainly to scowl at the hired help while Mr. Val wrung concessions out of the errant merchant.
Yesterday, Mr. Val told Argak I need your help with something ArgMeet me in the morning at the Mirca Island Ferry.
Just as the man at the gang plank yells ÔÇ£Last callÔÇØ Mr. Val appears from the crowd and leads you on board.

Jager
ÔÇ£Is he going to make it Doc?ÔÇØ The young boy asked looking with pale blue eyes. Jager knew the answer was no. The blood rot had spread these past days in the poor old sailor and he was in his last hours. The draught of laudlum he had given the old man would let him sleep til Obera finally claimed her due.
The boy must have read the truth in JagerÔÇÖs silence. He bowed his head over his fellow and cried ÔÇ£That half dead seedspill, he killed him...he murdered himÔǪmurdered himÔǪÔÇØ eyes with grief and hate looked back up at Jager. ÔÇ£Now then ladÔǪÔÇØ interrupted the senior orderly. ÔÇ£How ÔÇÿbout you tell me all about it over a mug a sackÔǪwhile my boys take your friend here to the white ward?ÔÇØ
ÔÇ£But shouldnÔÇÖt I go with him?...ÔÇØ
Nahhes asleepand you need some nice sack to get your strength back.
Jager watched the senior orderly lead the young sailor towards the orderliesÔÇÖ table and the Dead ManÔÇÖs Butt (A barrel of strong sack wine kept to drown the sorrows of the grieving lest they become prey to their anger or the city in such a state). He closed his eyes and wondered how much longer would he need to work at the SailorÔÇÖs Hospital during third watch. Few of the souls that entered during the dead of the night would ever see the morning. They were brought in by the Chainmen (The name of the local city watch) or their fellow sailors, dying of diseases run rampant for far too long, horrid wounds from fights gone wrong, or bodies broken from a drunken accident. All found their way here to be tossed onto the ÔÇ£DeckÔÇØ(the name of the bottom, or lowest floor of the hospital) for Jager, the third watch doctor, to try and save.
Jager looked at the dark water in the hospital canal for a moment and pondered if heÔÇÖd get enough money to start his own practice first, or get appointed to working on one of the floors of living patients above him.
Ah Doctor Zurbruck, I have found you
Jager turned to find himself facing Doctor Youtof, a doctor who moved amongst those at the very pinnacle of Avedon political power. What was such a man doing at the SailorÔÇÖs Hospital at this time of night?
I wished to discuss with you the letter you sent to me
Jager looked down at the paper in the manÔÇÖs hand. He had forgotten the letter he had penned pointing out several ÔÇÿissuesÔÇÖ with YoutofÔÇÖs latest speech to the Court of Physicians. Youtof had discussed using a mixture of herbs and spider venom to counteract poisons and infections, an old witchÔÇÖs trick Jager had learned himself. But YoutofÔÇÖs recipe had been less than ideal, and possibly dangerous in the wrong applications. Jager had written a rather pointed, anonymous letter being that he wasnÔÇÖt a member of the Court itself yet (though he needs to be to set up any independent offices).
which corrected me on several issues. Apparently you have actually learned this technique from a witch who knew it. The several so called witches I have interviewed about it knew either nothing or gave such odd instructions I thought they were lying to me. Youtof looked up at Jager with a grin of a jackal and the eyes of someone about to do major mischief.
I have a client who I have attempted to treat with this method, but has not responded as well as I had hoped. I have asked the Tower to permit me to have you consult on the case
Jager blinked at the mention of the Ministry than ran the Hospital, and paid his meager salary.
Before the night is out Jager finds that he has been promised quite a nice fee if he assists Haarald Barclue, the Imperial Ambassador and possibly YoutofÔÇÖs recommendation to be made a member of the Court of Physicians.
Which is why that morning Jager finds himself aboard the morning boat to Mercia Island, where the Ambassador has retreated to recuperate from his ailment.

It is said that amongst the Clans of the Redland Shore that there are three answers to any request, the answer of the Master Trader, the answer of the Hearth Keeper, and the answer of the Lore Speaker. But one can never question when all three speak with one voice.
Aajej herself faced the words of all three when the letter arrived, for it was not signed with the glyph of one of the clan elders but all three linked.
But the letter showed why they spoke with one voice. For the price of fire oil, a staple of Redlands, had quintupled in price. For the last eighty years AajejÔÇÖs uncle had purchased cheap fire oil in the markets of Nevadia and shipped it to the family who sold it far cheaper than anyone could harvest the wild berries that grew in small wet places along the coast. The cheap prices had allowed even the poorest of families to light their home at night, and to cook their food every day. It had lowered the price of salt, and the price of salted fish. Only the cooks found it rather bland to favor food, but the wild oil was still available for such a task. No, the clan would face problems if the oil price stayed so high for most would assume that the Clan was gouging their pockets.
Aajej found herself in the entry of her uncleÔÇÖs house as the sun began to fade. Young men, dressed in garments to impress, sat around the ornately tiled entry hall. A tall kitsune lorded over the inner door to the house beyond. Aajej presented herself, measuring the kitsuneÔÇÖs response. The kitsune vanished beyond an iron grill with only a polite nod. A moment later Aajej finds herself being led into a courtyard with a fountain of marble and small fruit trees. The kitsune shows her to a small table under a well lit arbor where a servant girl sets out tea. ÔÇ£Your uncle shall be here shortly madÔÇÖamÔÇØ is all the kitsune says before vanishing into the darkness of the house.
Simoom finds himself provided with a small stool and a silk cushion as a servant girl provides some meat from the kitchen to Aajej to feed him.
<Ah, greetings daughter of my sister by her first husband> The tall man who looks like AajejÔÇÖs mother greets her as he appears in a doorway. <Blessing of a cool wind to my most beloved kin> he continues in their ancient mother tongue.
<Greetings third son of my motherÔÇÖs mother, and blessings of a cool spring to my kin> Aajej repeats in the traditional manner.
<Yes, and how is thy mother?> her uncle asks in elvish as he sits down and begins to follow the proscribed motions of an ÔÇÿinformal teaÔÇÖ. Aajej notes the traditional beginning of the traditional manner that business is conducted in trading tents of the caravan; where an hour or more can be spent in trying to gauge the other though oblique questions and answers. She decides to cut through to the matter.
ÔÇ£Uncle, I am here because the clan demands that you drop the price of fire oil that you quote, such a price for fire oil will ruin the clan.ÔÇØ
And you are your mothers daughterbut I take no offense. The Master Trader has ignored my explanations because she listens too much to our cousin Vaidiar who has never sold a camel without giving away a horse. He thinks that success lies by taking my place here. Noting Aajejs frown at getting into inter-clan politics her uncle continues in common. Bah, I see you turn from the politics of the clan like your father did. But the situation is quite clear. The Emperor of the Dragon Throne has placed a tariff upon the sales of fire oil such that for each barrel sold the emperor shall have six barrels of gunpowder. You see my niece, an alchemist has figured out how to make a jelly from fire oil that burns so hot it can melt steel and cannot be put out with water. An Orc warlord with pretension of grandeurone who has long who has waged war on the Dragon Throne, is rumored to have stolen this recipe. And so we find ourselves being caught in a battle between an upstart human King and an upstart Orc warlord.
ÔÇ£And there is no other source of fire oil than by the grace of the Dragon Throne?ÔÇØ Aajej asks.
ÔÇ£Bah, no all the distillers of fire oil are there for they have great plantations of the bushes. But we are not the emperorÔÇÖs enemy and so I have attempted to yet rid ourselves of paying for their next war. I had negotiated with the EmperorÔÇÖs Ambassador here in the isles and found he was receptive to providing me a warrant to buy the oil directly from the distillers, with no tariff by guaranteeing that every ounce I bought would go for sale along the coast. But the EmperorÔÇÖs man became deathly ill and my suit has been ignored since. Perhaps if I did not have business every day to attend to here I might stake out his hall til he either signs the warrant or gives me reason be gone.ÔÇØ Her uncle shrugs and sips some tea.
Then her uncle smiled at her, But perhaps I can send you. He has retired to somewhere on a nearby island outside the city. Perhaps if you tracked him down and push our suit he will stop ignoring us.
Which is how Aajej and Simoom found themselves in the small cabin of the morning boat to Mercia Island.

There is a polite cough as a dandified old man, spry as a teenager, approaches them. ÔÇ£Good day, do you mind if I take a moment of your time?ÔÇØ The two performers look at each other then again at the old man. He wears nothing flashy, but his clothing is obviously of good quality, almost completely dark burgundy. His blue eyes are animated as the rest of him seems to move gracefully. Marko waves for the man to sit.
Yes, good He sits down. I am Lecero Fastaia, I am one of the Fastaia brothers who have an acting company known as the Drakes Men. And next week we perform at the Opera Mercia, the worst week of the summer season on Mercia. The ladies and men of the upper families have become bored with going to see another play in the Opera. No, by now they have started their summer affairs, they are focused on the dances and escaping to the quiet spots of the island for their purposes. However, it is the novel and new that will bring them to the Opera. A preshow of a trickshotyes that would bring them to the Opera, to pay the entrance feeeven if they leave before the first act.
Lecero pauses and turns his attention to Speaks. As for youyou charming fellowstreet performers are banned upon the Isle, but not the barker. But most of those loud inviduals quite annoy the ladies strolling about the RialtoNobut you can perform, you can charm, and you can announce our performancesand if some fine ladies give you a tipwell no matter for you are a barker! He smiles and then turns his gaze to both of them, a bright fire in his eyes.
Both find themselves walking from the early morning ferry from Whiskey Ferry. Lecero leads them to another boat along the bustling quay. The Mercia Island ferry a small two masted boat with a cabin between the masts and an almost flat quarterdeck. ÔÇ£Ah yes, the early morning ferry to Mercia, now both of you go along and get aboard. I must deal with a thief of a carpenter this morning in the city, you go with this letter to the theater on Mercia and give it to my brother, and he will set you up. I will arrive on the evening ferry if he should ask.ÔÇØ He hands Marko a bound thick envelope before paying the man at the gangway for two passengers. Lacero then waves and vanishes into the morning crowds that seem to be thickening.

Gah, I keep meaning to make my character when I get home and I keep forgetting! I'm really terrible at filling in character sheets, never been good at it.

Scowling and giving hugs are what Arg'ak's best at! The intro background sounds good to me, I would be interested in what knowing what his other teammates were like though.

You can just follow the same format Spider did...I just need your attributes, skills, feats, and high value goods really...

It took me a moment to parse this...
