Maji: You push past Zephyr and Ulmwin and pick up your chalkboard. Scrubbing off the message in the light of Rudy's floating orb, you dig out your chalk. ((You can write a message if you'd like.))
Zephyr: You sprint down the hallway, but get plugged up behind Coljin, Holger and Tess.
Rudolph: You stand guard on this hallway, blade and shield at the ready.
You hear the clack of wood on stone close, but the twig blight doesn't come around the corner. It almost seems to be keeping tabs on you...
Randy: A twig blight protrudes slightly into your torchlight, but after tapping the floor a bit, doesn't advance around the corner.
Holger: You sprint back to near the intersection, picking up your dropped torch that seemed in danger of going out. Held aloft, it flickers back into a stronger flame (unless you want to have left it there, of course). You get back to Ulmwin and Maji.

"Maji I doubt we got materials and time to construct traps. Coljin, I'm not sure if I got to tell you this while we rested but I got a sense of healing magic from the dagger. Could you try to hold it over my arm as if about to stab me. Maybe give me a little prick if it's need a bit more than the position to activate it."

Coljin is willing to test the dagger of Holger is willing, but he states, "What if it heals the wielder, from some of the damage it does to the person injured? I don't want to hurt you further?"

Maji face palms as Holger asks about the dagger and his plan to heal himself with it. He'll go to grab Holger's torch before he does anything stupid and goes in the hallway twoard the stairs.

Holger won't give up his torch, he kinda needs it to see and doesn't Maji have his own?

I just learned they switched healing magic to be under evocation rather than conjuration.. it's going to backfire at some point if I keep thinking this version is more or less like 3.5 besides the few rule changes.. xD

((Ironic. Randy has proficiency with simple weapons so his bonuses apply. He almost gets as much max damage with a torch as with his sword and his minimum damage is actually higher. Plus twiggies are susceptible to fire I believe?))
