Complain's Sword powers?

Hi,
I'm searching the forum and the comic for that reference that described Complains' sword powers (to figure out what the flame symbols in it mean), but failing quite thouroughly.
Does anyone remember? (Or is there a goblins wiki?)

His magic sword gains a +1 every time he performs a successful tumble in battle, to a maximum of +12, but this resets to 0 when the battle ends.
