So, erm, the WHOLE rescue skill does get the cool-down, or just the wildcard option?
If Stumbles can spawn for whatever reason, he does so on B5 or C5, whichever of those two hexes the orange goblin on B4 doesn't pick.

Yes, the whole skill gets the cool-down. In the previous era you got one wildcard / round / level, but since I made the seer skills to have cool-down too, I felt it would be unfair to leave the hero skills as a "one-shot".
