Year 3, month 7, week 3:
"all water and similar fluids fall back to their normal level. Seeds/spores turn into plants."
Events:
- the water levels drop a lot, taking Maggy along.
- Once the water is more shallow, Oggy can see the seaweed started to grow again, and some do the mushrooms all around the cave. The seaweed seeds that are to deep under water rott.
Boomy:
Boomy feels he learned a lot about crafting with stone. He mines 2 iron and 8 construction stones.
Complains:
Complains mines 4 stone into 16 construction stone.
Oggy:
Oggy, trying to test out the borders of his new found abilities, tries to step on the water. For a split second it seems to withstand, but then the surface sinks in, looking like if he stepped on a whole covered with a sheet. Only when he is completely below the surface, it bursts like a soap bubble and he is suddenly engulfed with cold water. He gasps for air and finds Ryan next to him. They both climb back into Maggy and rest a while.
Ryan:
Ryan decides to swim to the other side of the lake. He makes it halfway and rests a while on Maggy, where he sees Oggy doing strange things. They both climb back into Maggy and rest a while.
Trip:
Trip climbs out of the tunnel and watches Zoomy forge gripping tongs. He reports what the bug did and that they need better weapons. Then Trip focuses on hearing what happens in the tunnel, but no bugs followed him.
Zoomy:
Zoomy melts 2 iron and pours most of it into the gripping tongs halfs mould. After they have cooled down he grinds the edges with a stone and then pours the rest into a smaller line in the mold. Before it has fully cooled down, he tosses the little iron piece on the ground and hammers it into a cylindrical shape, then he pushes it over the hole going through both parts of the tongs and hits it until it properly connects them. Then he flattens both ends of the shaft so the tongs would not fall appart to easily. After it cooled down, he finds it hard to move the tongs, maybe some oil will do. Or enough moving to grind the holes and the shaft it into a more round shape. While the metal cooled down, he had harvested 1 seaweed, which he carefully wrapps about both grips. Then he puts it where it can dry, which is finished at the end of the week.
