(So is Ulmwin aware of the attack on the caravan? If so, turn around and move back, prepping a crossbow bolt (let me know if I could fire). Otherwise, continue sprinting what I presume to be southish)

The arrow strikes true, sprouting a burst of splinters mid flight as the fellow gives a startled yelp and throws up a robed arm to shield his face.

She draws her sword and as she starts moving to the other side of the well, uses her momentum as she jogs to hurl the sword as far to the NW toward the person she noticed as possible.
As she comes to a stop she opens up her arms in a beckoning manner and roars "WHEN YOU FINISH SUCKLING AT YOUR MOTHERS TEATS, COME AT ME YOU COWARDS!"

Zephyr tosses her sword into the desert and shouts a challenge as she moves around the well. No one seems to be taking her up on it.
Tren pulls up her crossbow and fires towards the most revealed of the figures at the top of the dune, the bolt burying itself in sand.

Holger figures that surely Dornikal, Maji, Randy, Galt and Ulmwin should be able to settle anything they encounter down here, and heads back to the wagons to support the folks there... and possibly good that he is, as Zephyr, Coljin, Szartha and Tren seem to have their attention seems to be focused on the dunes to the north west... ... where did Tess get to?
Galt keeps running to catch up to Randy, greatsword in hand. He pulls up nearby, having seen Dornikal drop as well. "What's the play?"
Randy calls out, asking the intentions of the guy he's shot a few times so far...
He doesn't have long to wait, however, as the kneeling figure finishes standing and begins walking towards Randy, drawing a scimitar as he lets out a warbling call.
On cue, four others stand up from shallow trenches, arrayed around where Maji and Dornikal fell, shaking off sand as they likewise draw scimitars.
The two to the ranger's right focus on him.... ((and Randy gets to make 2 WIS save attempts!)).
Another is advancing on Galt. He shakes his head stubbornly as the robed figure growls in frustration, "Careful, they're trying something!"
Back at the caravans, a cry rings out from the south, and the four figures on the ridge stand up, silhouetted against the pre-dawn sky. Each places a hand on the hilt of a scimitar at their side, but they stay in place on the ridge.

Their eyes seem to glow to Randy's vision, as the dunes seem to swirl around him, but he blinks and manages to shake the effect and stay on his feet.

(( Randy may be bluffing a bit with the flaming sword, but it's a bluff with teeth behind it since he can still use PW with it. It may be a bit surprising if they're expecting fire damage and instead get blasted across the dune. ))
