"Not yet, love. I'm going to hold onto that for when I really need it! We'll look into the Serenity mages, but if you happen to hear anything and it's no trouble I'd be interested to hear what you find.

Oh! Before I leave- is there anywhere we shouldn't be looking to closely? I don't want to tread on family toes!"

"Alright then. If I have something to offer, I'll reach out."

"The Family is a skilled dancer, we'll make sure our toes are not underfoot... Or redirect your step beforehand. Should your investigation interfere with anything we'd rather it not, someone will let you know."

Nem smiles and gives a polite nod.

"Thank you, I appreciate the assistance. I'm sure you already know, but I am staying at the Lame Goat with a number of companions, who I'm sure stand out quite starkly!"

Nem takes her leave and heads back to the inn to sleep (long rest) through the morning and early afternoon.

When Randy and the other slip out down to breakfast, they notice that Tess has returned some time in the night.

The bleary eyed Randy finally notices Tess and waves her over.

She's asleep, and takes no notice.

Randy in that event will quietly leave the room and meet the others down stairs.

The server working the common room is different one from the one that got knocked down and then healed by Ulmwin last night, she's quiet and just brings you your food and takes your coins. She seems a bit apprehensive of Maji at first, but the silver goes a ways towards improving her opinion of him and she makes sure he has plenty of breakfast meats.

Maji's breakfast was also probably the freshest, as he was down relatively early, since he's the only one to successfully go to bed last night.

((Maji, besides your druidic note, was there anything else you wanted to do with your morning besides gorge on meats? You probably have a couple hours but if you want to spend them just relaxing in the common room, that's fine.))

The others convene late in the common room, probably pushing closer to 11, and are brought food that in some cases has probably been reheated, or might actually be part of the lunch offerings.

Jenneth the innkeeper stops by your table.

"Glad to see you are up and about. I think you mentioned wanting to do some shopping this morning? The south east district has most of the shops, there's a sign post at the major intersection there that can help you find most places you're looking for."

"Aye'm up to go when ye all are."

Dornikal has a light early lunch, only one beer.

Seeing that nobody is up yet, Maji gets out of the inn. He goes into an alleyway, making sire nobody watches as he turns into a Mastiff. He will start exploring the town in this form, a bit more comfortable in his animal form. He'll try to find shops first.

When Coljin awakens he will pray for spells.

Prayed for: Command, guiding bolt, detect poison and disease, purify food and drink, blindness/deafness, zone of truth, silence, locate object.

Maj-stiff wanders the city. People definitely take notice, and a few shy away, but as long as you're well behaved, most folks aren't likely to make a fuss. Some folks occasionally try to call you over, asking if good boy has an owner.

Maji behaves himself, shying away from the grown up humans but lets himself be petted by children and other races.

Maji wanders north along the harbor, crossing the river into the the guild district. While there are certainly guilds that are involved in buying and selling of various things, they don't seem to have retail shops in this area.

It's getting to be close to when you will lose your beast form, and some of the others are likely stirring by now.

Maji will run back to the inn, using another wildshape to keep his form last longer if he can't get there in time.

Hmmm. He'll run part way there, mostly where there's not a lot of people.

Sure. A few folks are a bit startled, but no one seems to want to chase after this unattended animal. You make it back to the outside of the Lame Goat with minutes to spare.

He goes down an ally and once he sees nobody is there he transforms back. He goes into the inn to check in on the others.

Randy thanks the innkeeper for her directions, finishes his meal, and gets ready to go out. He'll question the innkeeper about the missing apprentice later when he's feeling more like himself.
