Nem will take a quick check of the street as she approaches the Guild with the others (is anyone watching/following them?)

Dornikal will also be looking for watchers, presuming he is only attracting more attention now that Gordon is following him but mostly just notices the panting gnome.

Re: The Sundered Way
Coljin has not yet visited the 'clergy' part of the city. So he will go exploring a bit this morning and see what churches are about and who has the most influence religious-wise in the city.
He will let the others know where he is going before he leaves.

"Hmmm, can't say poison is anything I really go in for either, but even still, a magic weapon's always worth something. Could put it at 250 gold towards the trade?"
*Tess, Dornikal, Holger, Gordon and Zokk*
There are a couple of folks on the street as Tess, Holger and Zokk approach the wizard's guild, Dornikal and Gordon having found a bench to perch on.
One guy in particular looks a bit suspicious, repeatedly glancing up in their direction. Of course, it could be that you're being shadowed by a tree.
*Coljin*
You head up the hill and peruse the various iconography of the temples to the various gods in the city.
((Give me an Investigation check?))
*Ulmwin*
((You doing anything? Or just enjoying a Gordon free morning?))

Dornikal looks out of the corner of his eye to see if Gordon is still looking at him. He scratches his stubbly beard uncomfortably.
((Dornikal has no attachment to that spear, whether they are interested in selling the second sword or not. I am for Randy trading it away.))

Randy rubs his chin in thought. "If I were to make an offer on both weapons, would you be willing to come down some on the price?"

((Honestly, been going through some work stuff (though it should come with a promotion) and hence missing some of the things that have been discussed/planned- Otherwise I would probably have joined the guild group. So let's say for now he's just relaxing, yeah- Although maybe later on he might try and go make amends with the guild he pissed off when entering the city..?))

Nem points the suspicious guy out to Dornikal in case he's going to cause problems, then heads inside to meet the wizards again.

Tell brings out the two blades for you and takes the spear and sword from you, as well as the tidy sum of gold. The spear they tucks into a cabinet, but the sword they thrust upwards into one of the wooden beams of the roof, the flames licking harmlessly up the blade and around the wood.
"Not sure that's where I'll keep it, but it'll do for now. Pleasure doing business with you!"
Tess nods to Dornikal and points behind her back at the guy before continuing onward.
((Who all is approaching the guildhouse with Tess?))
((Dornikal, give me a Perception check, please.))

Re: The Sundered Way
Randy takes the rapier and hangs it at his left side and takes the short sword and hangs it from the right where he can cross draw either one. He waves goodbye to Tell and starts back. He heads next to the haberdashery to see how his order is coming along.
((Dorni can have the short sword when Randy joins back up, but until then he'll wear both properly. ))

Re: The Sundered Way
((It belonged to Ulmwin initially, so it's really m0rt's choice. We're could probably do with taking a look at the spread of magical weapons across the party anyway tbh. If we meet anything with magical resistance / immunity there's a few of us who won't be very effective. I think Nem and Ulmwin are both on the lookout for magical crossbows tho...))

Re: The Sundered Way
(( I suppose you could ask Zokk's parent for wood for a bow. Yew IS one of the trees used to make the long bow for example. I'd imagine that the wood from Zokk's parent would have some pretty good potential for crafting into a magic weapon... provided you could find and afford the weapon smith capable of doing the job. Elves probably be the best bet in that case. The Tree did seem to be willing to do things like that as it gave Gordon a piece of itself to use as a cane. ))
