((nah, she told Holger and Randy specifically, then loudly said she was going to the loo and then walked very obviously out of camp (unless your pp is under like 8 or something, you'd potentially have seen her leave). Honestly, whatever happens is fine. Holger's getting super haunted too though! :) ))

((Of course, Tess's first instinct after waking after getting ambushed and knocked out wasn't "Oh, crap, there are baddies, I should warn the others!"... instead it was "I'm sand, I'm sand, I'm sand, I'm sand, I'm sand..." :D ))

((yup :) no point in getting up only to get smacked back down again, and I'm pretty sure that even she'd know that footprints in sand would make her stupid easy to track if there were others around :lol:

((Holger, the two that were coming for you are both still within 120 ft range (but off map), as are the three that were on Coljin, though they are behind 3/4 cover at the moment from the wall (and moving doesn't get you a better angle). A fourth figure has appeared at the top of the dune to the NW, from the burn marks, he looks to be the one that had retreated of those four before they attacked the wagons. He's the only one you'd need to move towards to get within 120 ft.))

Holger will shoot the same one as he have harmed before. If it dies he'll turn towards the other ones and move towards them.

"Tess snuck off in their direction right? Think they got to her?"

Holger eldritch blast: 1D20+6 = [13]+6 = 19
Eldritch blast damage: 1D10 = [9] = 9

I bet you used the custom PTU roll on Mort's roller and rolled a DB1 attack designed for the pokemon tabletop united rpg rather than the basic roller

Nem will shoot the guy near Ily in the back, without breaking cover. Let me know if she needs to re-hide after firing through the illusion or anything. I'm hoping that shooting him in the back doesn't reveal her immediately like usual, but I think that'd be a house ruling.

Crossbow attack: 1D20.HIGH(1)+4 = [4]+4 = 8

Crossbow attack: 1D20.HIGH(1)+4 = [9]+4 = 13


I assume the 2nd one hits, and I also assume I don't need to roll damage?

((Since you're lying prone in the sand under an illusion, you have disadvantage on your attack, but he doesn't know you're there, which would confer advantage. The two offset, so it'd be a flat roll. Lab starts in 9 minutes, so I gotta run!))

Hmm, he's getting quickly out of range so doubt Holger think he can chase him down and cast spells at the same time.. A shame since he's severely wounded!

Just move towards the others anyways.

((I'll let you use BA to try to get up stealthily enough that he doesn't notice you, he's otherwise facing in your direction, and we probably notice you popping out of the sand like a daisy. So if you beat him on the check, you'll have advantage, if you don't, it's flat roll.))

Tess silently rises out of the sand illusion that comes up to her knees, sights, and fires. The robed man is too intent on Ily in front of him to notice her, and her bolt strikes him square in the face... and falls to the ground. He reels back in surprise, perhaps a bit of pain, and a whole lot of irritation as she drops to the sand again, shrouded by illusion as he scans the desert for the source of the bolt.

Dornikal will move south (2 squares) and give Maji a shake to wake him up. Once Maji is up he will say,

"Rise and shine, back to camp. We got bushwhacked."

He will then move as far north as he can (3 squares).

Ily scoots around the robed man towards camp.

The guy seems more interested in figuring out where that bolt came from, seemingly pieced together that Tess must still be out there somewhere...

He moves north west, casting his head about as he sniffs, but isn't close enough to pick up Tess's location. He's soon joined by the others fleeing the camp as they come up and over the dune, "....brothers, that first girl is out here...", he remarks, holding up the spent bolt.

"....and looking to hunt..."
"....but if we are to oblige her..."
"....we must do so quickly..."

Those in the camp (might) see Ily scurry over the dune, the presence of the ferret noted but disregarded by the fleeing robed men, who head up and over the dune, out of sight.

Those fleeing to the east have gotten pretty far away, out of most spell ranges, and beyond all but long range on bows or crossbows.

The jackalweres to the south continue fleeing from the wakening members of the party down there.

Dornikal gets Maji awake again.
