I'm not sure those are the words I'd used to describe what I think about them...

Yay! Ok, so looking at that list we currently have no meat shields... so I'll go for paladin then. I had a version of this character in mind for my 4e game, but it should be easy enough to adapt. Will look at the options over the next couple of days to get something worked out. Theis, do you have a deadline for character creation?

What are you talking about, a cleric is a meat shield.

Two people who can heal along with a bunch of casters is probably a good idea... haha.

Too tired to night to continue with the character creation,
Short guide telling what some of the things are used for
Place to make your character sheet
There might also be other things around if you just google a bit. I'll gladly help tomorrow when I'm home from uni.

Jacon, just saw your question on the old forum.
Mage armor gives an armor bonus (like a chain shirt, except all the penalties are gone) and the Shield spell gives a shield bonus equal to that of a tower shield, so yes these two spells stack giving you a total of +8 ac if i remember correctly
I need a bit of time thinking about the stat trading.

Ummm

Can I pick the class "Spell Thief" From complete adventurer?
Since it seems we miss some sort of rouge like class, spell thief will do the job.
If no, can I pick "Scout" from the same book?

If also no, I will play on ordinary rouge.

@bob:

Just FYI, 'Rouge' is THIS. What you probably want is a rogue.

(Though I admit playing a rouge rogue could be very cool).

Oh, if you're gonna play a rogue character too, we might need to make sure we don't overlap too much in skills. :)

Forget it. I'm going to play a ranger. Possibly an elvish one.

Sorry for double posting, but I just noticed I'm missing many things to build a character:

What method do we use for the stats?
How much gold do we have for equipment?

Can I play a scout? (From complete adventurer)

You roll two rolls of stats using 4d6 removing the lowest, you choose the set you like the most but you can't switch inbetween the two sets.
You got the average amount of gold as given by the class.
You can play a scout.
