Bountiful Luck is a very nice support ability to help out others in the party, but does come at the cost of your reaction, which might mean not being able to shield or take an opportunity attack.
Keen Mind is largely flavor/RP, but does give you one of the few ways to even out your odd INT score, which since you only have that as an odd, ASI would still be good, but leave you with an odd somewhere. Taking this would get Joe to 16 INT, which would improve both spell attack modifier and spell save DC, as well as allow her to prepare one extra spell each day.
Spell sniper generally seems to be most useful for the cover negating, if it's something that is being regularly used. I can't recall how often its come up, since Kro makes few ranged attacks.
The doubling distance might come up occasionally, but often isn't a limiting factor. Would let you snag an attack cantrip of another damage type, which may be handy, as fire is often resisted.

All can be occasionally useful, though mage hand would probably see the most use in Joe's line of work?

Misty step would be quite handy in situations like when Joe was mobbed by those skeletons! You'll get a slightly more versatile means of copying its effect at 6th level, though as an action rather than bonus. That distinction makes it less redundant, since you'd be able to cover quite a bit of distance!
Scenarios that won't matter until 6th level, but would make Joe a hero...
Identify and unseen servant are both castable as rituals, and rarely needed immediately, which is always nice for a wizard, as you can cast from your book, and don't need to prepare them at all, saving the mental space for more immediate needs. Identify's usefulness is apparent, though we'd miss out on scenes like the two slow guys and Ves trying to figure out magic rope!
Unseen servant can provide RP quality of life, as well as being sent to feel out dangerous situations we and Ruby don't want to go into.
Dragon's breath certainly sounds pretty cool, and while Ruby spitting fire sounds awesome, I'm more amused picturing it cast on Jolly!

Scenario A: The dungeon floor is collapsing, and she's the last one out, but Joe runs forward, teleports to the next crumbling but, sprinting forward to the edge of the abyss before misty stepping to the next stable bit of floor! (Could cover 85 ft between move and two 30 ft teleports, and the use of misty step renews your Conjurer's teleport for use the next round)
Scenario B: Joe and the rest of the party are safe on one side of a 25 ft chasm, but Ves flew into trouble and got grounded on the other side, and something bad is coming. Joe swaps spots with Ves using benign teleport, then misty steps back.
