Re: Tests and Trials OOC
Oh, I am not saying that idea was a good one , it was just the first thing that came to me. I think I am overly fond of that stick.
The method used was straightforward and fast and only bad luck in the climbing rolls slowed it down. Three party members got over about the same time and, if Ves would have wanted, the remaining three could have come next even quicker.

At least if any of them have rabies, it only affects mammals, so Kroshav is immune, and can cure the rest of you!

Hey, if Joe can turn them into shock troops, Kroshav is all for it if they stay out of his pack and stop showing him their teeth. He has bigger ones after all, if it comes to opposed Intimidation checks.

Re: Tests and Trials OOC
So much negativity towards raccoons! You'd think Joe was trying to be friends with actual rats (or that skunk). Raccoons at least look cut from a distance.
Hedgehogs are also bad for spreading ticks. Your characters are probably going to need to check themselves.

Oh how I hate them. Ticks, not hedgehogs. Hedgehogs are cute and adorably angry.

Burns, Joe did actually have a chance to get a raccoon, the rolls just weren't with her. Feel free to try again sometime.

Re: Tests and Trials OOC
Ok, I tried a quick google of this and gave up.
Is there something in the rules for making a flaming arrow and then using it to start something you shoot it at on fire? Or how would you handle this? What supplies do I need to add to the arrow?

Re: Tests and Trials OOC
I would say you could prestidigitate it on fire most easily otherwise it would probably be pitch. Maybe an oil soaked rag.
Not super effective either way.

Re: Tests and Trials OOC
Not sure if lighting someone's boots / clothes on fire (or just making them hot) is an appropriate use of prestidigitation but might be distracting...

Once Ves sees a goblin and we are not hiding, she should explain quickly that we are here on behalf of...that goblin we are helping, so that they know and might help us.

You managed to stay hidden longer than I thought you would based on where you decided to come over the wall!

Re: Tests and Trials OOC
Yeah, we lasted longer than I expected too, considering we didn't at all climb over the area where we were told a hut hides the wall, or slip through where a log was loose, which would keep us lower.

Noooo, big tent was the chief's tent I think, the one that hid the wall was in the... I think it was north east corner? Described as being too close to the wall.

It was in the northwest corner, you are literally on the exact opposite side of the village from it!
