Gnomz thinks at the others "Two creatures, both with long sharp things...swords I think. One swimming."

While the others are sneaking or waiting, Sluj is cropping idly at some of the moss, to see if the glowy stuff is good eating. Two things good food?

Sluj-mule has a glowing goatee of mossy bits clinging to the end of their muzzle. It's not bad.

<Shoot them with fire?> Underslem asks Gnomz and prepares the fire for shooting.

Seeing the others moving forward, Sluj plods along after them. Have to work with others to all get more food.

Sneaky slem?: 1D20 = [20] = 20

Underslem moves through the steam like a meat bodied ghost.

Initiative: 1D20 = [6] = 6

Sluj isn't going to try sneaking up, and will just wait at a close distance until he's needed. The clippy cloppy foots are noisy.

Gris slithers along, ready to strike at... Whatever his brothers direct at. His head feels rather empty, in this form...

Underslem sneaks through the warm water vapor hanging in the air, and is able to faintly make out a shadowy red skinned figure in the reddish glow ahead.

((Don't have darkvision like Deep Gnomz.))

There's a soft hiss of scale on stone that is lost in the hissing of magma hitting water, as Fred slithers up to join Underslem.

Underslem blasts: 1D20+4 = [12]+4 = 16
1D10 = [5] = 5

Underslem targets the unarmored on if it can see it otherwise whichever.

The only one Underslem sees is definitely wearing armor. There aren't any others visible at the moment.

Fred will ready himself such that if the creature moves towards Slem, he will attack with constricting the creature...

Constrict: 1D20+4 = [11]+4 = 15

Fred slithers into some craggy stalagmites and waits for prey to come to him, Gomz does something, and then...

((If Gomz was where he was scouting before, he'd be ~30 ft away, but could have moved closer as Slem joined him. Reminder that Gomz is naked.... ))

... Underslem fires the creature in the back, the bolt of fire splatting across it as it gives a surprised hiss.

((It is surprised, so Underslem, you can roll again to see if you crit. The 16 was sufficient to hit, however.))

Gnomz, thinking about the situation and lacking any sharp things himself, and in particular not having armor to cover his naked bits, decides to stay hidden and quiet for now, waiting to see if the creatures will oblige him with a chance for an ambush.
