Just wanting to clarify - if this action happens, do you want to just follow wherever the golem goes or attempt to run past it to reach Burned and the others?
And Obsidian Portal should now be up to date (the toolbox has been added to his inventory).

Follow it, only attacking if it does (or if I'm the same room as the others and they attack)

FindsTruth will attempt to bandage up Questions with bits of clothing and others and then drop down and turn off the light at the button there.

Please just give him the red potion that is on his person. Bandaging isn't going to save him as he's going to get hit again.
...Then again last time someone touched someone the shadows merged and I'm not sure if this would apply. Though if taking that potion and feeding it to him would count, so would bandaging...

Only Questions can access Question's inventory so the potion is locked away I'm afraid.

Well, in that case unless comes up with a genius idea I'm not noticing, Questions is a dead man no matter what we do. I'd say Splits could rush over and attempt to heal him, but he too is out of MP. Stabilizing is all good and well, but useless if the person in question is going to be attacked again- And matters would only be made worse if the shadows merge again since then we'd have one dead and one unconscious at best.

Turn 202
"Thank ye Destyn. I'm really sorry about the additional wait once again, but I promise there'll be no more distractions after this... Unless the demon himself starts breaking out of his cage, I guess. Must admit I'm not exactly happy a great hero such as you isn't interested in helping save the world, but I guess you've been waiting for a very long time... So get ready- Here it comes. Also, we might have a plan to use a magical machine on this guy- So if we start running to the right, you'll probably want to trail back a bit, unless the guy has it's eyes on you. Most important thing is you don't get caught in the ray as well, alright?"
"And who says I'm not saving the world? Who says I'm not preparing for a future threat that we know is coming while we still have time to prepare for it? Seriously. Have you not been listening to what my name is? Just because YOUR destiny is not MY destiny doesn't mean I am worth less than you!"
The golem creature stomps left and wanders straight into the tripwire trap. It bellows in rage as the wire cuts into its foot, but it looks like it's heavy enough to destroy the trap in the process!
Splits follows it into the left room.
Eaten uses the time to regain 1MP, and
Lurks and
Tugs stand ready to attack.
Burned and
Shell actually DO attack, backed up by a grumpy
Destyn. Together with the trap they manage to do a load of damage and this thing is looking pretty beaten up already!
With a huge roar, the golem fights back punching both
Burned and
Splits!
Splits takes 1 DAM, but
Burned is too damn tough for it to get through his defenses with just one blow.
In the light room,
Finds desperately tries to bind
Questions' wounds. As he touches him though, their shadows combine into the giant-sized version and it strikes
Questions, dealing a death blow.
As
Questions dies, the shadow once again shrinks back to the size of
Finds...

Well, shit.
For those wondering about the mechanics here, there was a 50% chance that Finds would succeed at his stabilising attempt and an equal chance of the shadow-monster attacking either goblin. The rolls came out as a failed stabilisation and the shadows attacked Questions. Since everything happens at once in combat (there's no initiative process), Finds got lucky.
I think it was essentially a case of which one of the two would die here or if it would be both - if Finds was targeted by the shadows, he would hit 0HP and be dying (unable to be saved). If Questions was hit, he'd be insta-dead. Even if Questions was stabilised, he would still be unable to act as he'd just be 0/5HP [stable], Finds would still die and Questions would probably be coup-de-grace'd by his own shadow next turn.
Ultimately it was going to be one or two deaths this turn, and the dice chose Questions. Sorry
I will give a cookie to anyone who remembered that Questions had a terrapin in his inventory this entire time though!

As if I would be so heartless! No, it's just hanging out in Questions' inventory waiting to be rescued

But wouldn't the terrapin have it's own shadow?
"Fair point. Xept two o our clanmates just died to what seemed a relatively weak trap, so I'm honestly doubting that we're as much chosen as much as being the only ones willing to stand up to this... Anyways, you are going down you filthy abomination!" Burned shouts, striking the golem again.

Tugs will actually attack the golem this time, since apparently standing on guard is an entirely different thing from planning to hit something and trying to have some variety in word usage is a sin against the universe.

@Dlover: A varied vocabulary is no problem, but you didn't actually state any actions except to 'stand guard' and wait. If you want to attack, you need to say so.
