Yes, but a lot of those people seem confused on the nature of her powers. They're magic, not psionic, and hibernation is not held back because it's natural, not magic.

Yes, her natural Yuan-ti powers (powers that come from being a Yuan-ti) are being subdued: panel 6.

As long as someone holds the leash.

There is no hint about what happens to her powers if no-one holds the leash.
She might just be a normal Yuan-ti, or the powers are still dampened (less effective) or even subdued.
We don't know yet.

And I would not consider hibernation a "power" as you're rather helpless while hibernating.

We have already seen some of her powers. She used her feminine wiles and mammary glands to corrupt Goblin Slayer, Minmax and Forgath and even tempted a fellow monster: scorpion Kin. Likely her magic powers are some homebrew variation on seductress, succubus or vampiress.

Forgotten Realms yuan-ti pureblood have the following spell-like abilities:
- Animal Trance 1/day
- Cause Fear 1/day
- Charm Person 1/day
- Darkness 1/day
- Entangle 1/day
They can also assume an alternative Viper form (tiny to large), have darkvision, can detect poison, and have spell resistance 14. I'm not sure of the stats for other yuan-ti subtypes (halfbloods, abominations) but I'd assume they would be more potent if anything.

No idea if this translates to THuntverse though.
