Apparently, the legal problem had something to do with Blind Ferret. Goblins has left BF.Liesmith wrote:The delay with the Kickstarter launch was a legal one (and that's all we know), so I get the impression it's not the sort of thing you can put off.

Re: May 21, 2013 Aw, crap. It's you guys!
I would not expect that to be related.
It may be, but we have no other indication than the timely coincidence.
It's a pity.
I was looking forward to BF publishing book 3.
Thunt sounded rather happy about his move to BF, as BF has some experience in publishing comic books.
And everyone was expecting the release to come.
Well.....
Still only Books 1 and 2 published.
I just hope his projects work out fine.
Personally, I would have expected THunt to go more for a "first the books release, then other things", as the books make great gifts and thus could bring in some money.
But making the extras (AoP wielders is already there), and going over everything for the print is also quite time consuming.
THunt has to decide, it is his show.
While I would like to know more of the "behind the scenes", things like this should stay behind the curtains, as it is unprofessional to discuss or bring these things into the public.

Also they might not be aggressive towards him now they are somewhat neutral/friendly with our Kin, and knowing he is *HER* Forgath.warrl wrote:
He's stuck in/on the middle of an otherwise-bare wall. Without camoflage. His chances of going unnoticed are approximately zero. And he's helpless. If the Kins *realize* he's helpless, maybe they won't bother to kill him - so let's draw their attention early, rather than risk accidentally surprising them.
Makes sense to me.
Well, you may be right
I may be crazy
Hey!
But I just might be a lunatic you're looking for!

21st of May 2013: Aw, crap. It's you gals!
I saw the twitter messages too.
I do not know what was in the BF/Goblinscomic contract.
So I cannot say what this is about.
The game may have been an opportunity passing by, which was unforeseen in the contracts, and depending on the interpretation, THunt should have sold everything Goblins related through the BF store, instead of going off-network.
Or THUnt should have published Book 3 before investing his time in something else.
IDK, I am interested in it, but purely for personal reasons.
But I expect it all to stay below the radar, except for notices like this.
Anything else would be extremely unprofessional.
We'll see.

And Thunt? Your advert's a bit...premature. Nice to get a site update, though.

For me, www.goblinscomic.com is still down.
www.goblinscomic.org is slow... I get a site title, and nothing else.
This seems like a very unplanned move.

Okay, obviously I've missed something. Where does Forgath know the Kin sisters from? I thought they were new?

They were the ones that attacked them during the zombie attack. I guess they are on the same side now.
