Events:
- The seaweed blossoms for a day, then it slowly decays, which causes it's seeds to be floating around before they settle down at the bottom of the lake.
- The pine cones are ripe, it won't take long for them to fall down.

Bob:
Bob climbs down the mountain as he sees he cannot get further up. He grabs some lumber from the team ressources and starts building another ladder, but shorter than the other. It is only 4 blocks long and cost 14 lumber.

Kach:
Mint, Kach and worker 2 and 3 fially move the large ladder out of the pond and put it against the tree for now. They need another turn to move it up the mountain.

Tar throws his spear at the goat, but misses. It bleats and jumps further up the mountain, while the spear falls down again.

Understands continues chopping wood, turning another 2 log into 8 lumber.

Zaul:
Zaul carefully breaks the burning tip of his long pole and turns it into a proper bonfire. Then he starts cooking the raw fish. He manages to cook 2.

Worker 1:
Worker 1 is guarding the hobgoblin, feeding him 1 food, which is far less than the week hobgoblin would need.

Worker 2:

Kach takes the wooden spear from the team resources, (is that freely available like food or?) the points at the hobgoblin, "You, are you ready to earn your food?"
If the hobgoblin answers yes (and seems to be honest):
"Good, Worker 1 take this spear and guard us! Hobo, you come with me!" Kach then crawls up into the tree using the ladder here he plugs one cone and inspects it, craking its scales open (I asume that seeing the cone will be enough to let me do that)
"Good.. good... Now listen Hobo, we collect these pine cones, for each 3 you collect, you may eat 1, understood? If you do this task well, and proves you can be trusted, we can talk about other food later!"
Kach will then collect pine cone nuts(seeds) along the Hobo.

If the hobgoblin does not answer or denies: "Disobedience is not a good choice.. we will see how long you'll make due without food... Worker 1! guard him with this spear, await until he passes out befoer giving him any food, and before you give him any, poke him with the sharp end to make sure he does not fake being passed out, awake him by some water to the mouth and some raw fish and pine nuts.. I'll go collect them now...." Kach crawls up the ladder and collects pine cones and their seeds.



Vote Worker 1: keeps guard on the Hobgoblin with the spear.

Tar will moves down the mountain and help the ladder crew get the ladder in a position where it can be used to climb up to the goats.

Zaul notices goats and thinks that if his water tight bucket wasn't useful in diving, maybe he will be able to milk a goat into it. Zaul detaches the stone from the bucket and goes up the mountain.

No. Kach already dug a tunnel and got him out 1-2 turns ago. This also created an entrance to the hole he fell in through which you can get with only minor crouching.
Somebody also build a smaller ladder, which is enough to reach the goats. So if you want to do anything in the tree, you could leave the long one there as long as you do not need it for anything else.

Seems I missed to update the title of the thread and I did only post the turn update.

Year 1, month 4, week 1:
"all water and similar fluids fall by 1d3 blocks."

Events:
- the weather changes, it is hot and dry, the water sinks for 1 block.

Bob:
Bob climbs up the long ladder into the tree and starts collecting pine seeds. Without dealing with the hobgoblin, he is able to collect 4 of them, worth 4 food in total.

Kach:
Kach grabs the wooden spear, pointing it at the hobgoblin. Then he offers him "You, are you ready to earn your food?". The hobgoblin roars "Better than starving in here, you little pests!" Kach hands the spear to worker 1, then climbs up the ladder. The hobgoblin tries to follow Kach up the ladder, but he falls down after a few steps. He seems really weak and needs to recover from the starvation before he can do anything.
At least Kach was able to collect 2 patches of pine cones during the rest of the week. They are still full of seeds, worth 2 food in total.

Mint:
Tar and Mint move down to help moving the little ladder up so they can reach the goats.

Chopper:
UnderstandsLittle thinks he learned much about chopping wood, so much that the understanding is worth changes his name for. From now he is known as Chopper. He turns 2 more logs into 8 lumber, also suggesting moving some seeds to his spot and plant more trees. He got the option to learn wood cutting 1 once he got enough xp.

Zaul:
Zaul comes up with a different attempt on the goats. If he could milk them, they might provide a steady supply of milk to feed them, instead of only feeding them for a while by killing and eating them. But for now, the goats run away from him.

Worker 1:
Worker 1 is guarding the hobgoblin, now equipped with a spear.

Worker 2:
Worker 2, noticing that this ladder is much smaller than the other one and that Mint and Kach are more than enough to move it, goes back to spear fishing, catching another fish.

Worker 3:
Worker 2, noticing that this ladder is much smaller than the other one and that Mint and Kach are more than enough to move it, picks up the task Kach suggested to Chopper: He cooks fish so they got enough to eat this week. He cooks 2 fish.

Tar collects his spear that he threw and then mounts the ladder, climbing to the top where the goats are. Tar attempts to approach one of the goats and speak to it in a calm voice in an attempt to get close enough to pet it.

Kach throws the HoBo a pine cone, "Eat and get up here" Then continues to gather more, throwing one to Chopper.... "can you plant this ones seeds?"

Chopper retrieves the pine cone seeds and plants them in the ground, far enough away from the fire so if a tree does grow it won't go up in flames. He then chops some more woods if he can.

Zaul gets some pine seeds and leaves and tries advancing slowly to goats, offering it to them.

I would've liked seaweed, but we don't have any. Anyway, goats have nowhere to run now.
