Goblins Minesweepers - A Grave Situation (Turn 6)

Turn 6 >>Next Turn

Stumbles around jumps to B3, digging up a "1". Suddenly, bony hands grab his legs, and he cannot move away! Three skeletons crawl out of the grave. They are not looking friendly at all. +1XP
Goska steps down to K6, promptly revealing a "2". She then turns around with her stick, which points straight towards west. Interesting. +1XP
White Metal flags H8.
Blitz Craig flags F5.
Questions Everything steps down to G8, finding a "2", and getting her tokens. She tries to cast the skill on Flags, but it seems to do nothing. Ah well. +1XP
Flags Mines eagerly makes space for Schnitzel, by moving to C7. He does not start digging, though.
Schnitzel majestically moves over to D7.
Oh See That Shiny closes onto C3, uncovering a "2". +1XP
Explore-Randomly heads down to H10, exploring a "1". +1XP (+1bonus)
Tries-and-Dies flags H4.
Flags Fuses removes his flag from E3 and steps over there. He waits. Then waits some more. Then he realizes has forgotten to declare digging, too.

Dies is busy in real life.

Stumbles calls for aid (multiple times, if multiple heroes want to come) and smacks the lower right skeleton with his sword. If he can move, also, he'll move to B4.

Forgot about digging. Good thing, too.

I will Answer The Call, appearing on A4. I will then try to push/pull one of the skeletons onto B4.

Yeah, I figured I could try. The evil skill mainly applied to attacking players. I don't recall if it worked differently on monsters, but we're operating under a different rule set anyway now. At the least, I should keep it occupied. Worth a shot, especially since I don't have a weapon.

Every offensive skill works on monsters/enemies by default. The peculiarity of evil skills is that they work on players too.

I think this is the proper wording to describe the abilities well. (This was the case in older games too, and I didn't change afair.)

You still can move or place a flag, for example. Digging is a free action.

White Metal starts to run, but explodes on F7! Luckily Goska is there to save him, who also took the time to explore L6, which is a "1". +1XP, +2XP, repsectively
Schnitzel continues to E7, where he kicks the marker. One hurting foot later he concludes that might not have looked that aristocratic.
Tries-and-Dies jumps to G5, revealing a "3". +1XP
Blitz Craig removes his last placed flag. I forgot to repeat that removing a flag is a free action, so he might have wanted to step there. Well, maybe next turn.
Questions Everything flags F8.
Explore-Randomly moves to G10 and explodes! Unfortunately, everyone is too busy to save him...
Dies moves to B6, uncovering a "3". +1XP (+1bonus)
Flags Fuses flags E4, and also digs up E3, unearthing a "4". +1XP

The three skeletons attack, but only manage to deal 2 damage on Stumbles thanks to his jacket. Stumbles around and Oh See That Shiny attack the bottom right skeleton, annihilating it with their swords, both of them gaining 1XP.

Flags Mines answers the call and rushes to A4. Then he tries to move a skeleton away, but he doesn't have the physical prowess or the appropriate skill to pull that off... (badum-tss)

Why didn't I get a warning from my token?

White metal joins the fight,:
Equiping 2xrun and power tokens
Spawning on B2 and attacking the upper skeleton with the sword

In its basic form, it combines only with the standard stepping/spawning action, and using a running skill is not that one. Sorry, the skill's description is not making this obvious!
