Yes, but I think it evens out by granting fewer skill proficiencies or something. I meant to check that out yesterday and forgot...

I think it mostly evens out in the sense that a wizard has little need of for example dexterity or strength, and it would probably have been better to get +2 Int instead.

I'll try to get questionnaires out this afternoon to everyone, but if you have access to the 5e Players Handbook, you can start thinking about which skill proficiencies you want from you Class, and think about starting items, spells for casters, etc.

If you don't have the books, all of that will be in your questionnaire, so don't worry. (I'll also give more detail on the backgrounds, etc). I'll also be asking questions that will help you flesh out your character and give you a chance to tell how your background lead to you class, etc.

The general setting will be one in which the major kingdoms (man, elf, dwarf and to a lesser extent dragonborn) have failed the gods' good intentions and fallen from the path laid out for them. The land is a fractured shadow of its former glory, and blame for that destruction is placed at the feet of different groups, depending on who you talk to.

None of the places mentioned in the PHB exist here, so one of the things I'll be incorporating into world building is where you tell me you're from.

Humans get +1 to each, but is balanced by not getting any magical innate abilities to start.

For what it's worth then, revised stats with bonus added in: 11,14,14,12,16,15. Not bad at all, even if not getting innates. Randerwaith lives again!

The stuff not greyed out is what is freely available as a download from the WotC website, the grey is stuff that is input in the full PHB or supplement books.

Burns...you have to fill it out from the top down.

First fill in your stats, then click the "Accept these Scores" button... you'll see a red arrow..the red arrows will guide you, you are unable to skip ahead.

Oooh. I had a decent roll, got lucky with getting an 18.

The Character generator you list only works for certain races, those that are open content already on the Wizards Website.
Will work for humans and elves but not for some of the lesser races. If you do get it to work Burns, let me know!
