I'm not positive about this one, so I'd like a second-through-tenth opinion: in panel three of this comic, is the kid in the foreground wearing a Thaco shirt?

I thought it might be intended as a Ninja Turtle or possibly Splinter, but the more I look at it, the more I see Thaco.

I'd say it's definitely not a turtle, just by comparing it to the other kid's shirt, which definitely is a turtle. It looks like Thaco to me; it's even missing the correct ear.

It looks like he even has a scar over the correct eye. If this is Thaco, then it's pretty cool...I love Perry Bible, it'd be awesome if the author was a Goblins fan.
