15 hours later:
New page:
http://goblinscomic.com/comic/quotmudquot
Interesting name for the comic page.... I think it should've been "mud"...
Also: finally some new exposure about "Junior".
Also: another two minutes later, Thunt tweeted this:
I think we'll still have to wait for
5th of September.
STAR CONTROL:
The Ur-Quan Masters finally gets a continuation of the story!
it's fully funded, and all realistic stretch goals reached!

Glad I checked the forums, new page wasn't coming up for me on the main page for me.
Not surprising on the scene shift, I was hoping we'd see a bit more about Fumbles situation but the shift was expected.
Wonder what the big reveal shall be.

The Kliks really should teach their young not to blindly and almost compulsively eat EVERYTHING (or at least anything nearby that matches their "food group"), especially stuff that clearly belongs to someone else. And not to shift blame for that (the uncontrolled eating and the resulting almost destroying of the realm) onto the owners of the magic items that got eaten.

The "big announcement" did not have to wait for 5th of September:
http://goblinscomic.com/blog/goblins-animated
(also contains news about G:AR)
I'll need to change my signature back, the image is far too large for a signature...
► Show Spoiler

now, this size is fine, how can I set it in the signature? The imagge showed itself in full size there, which is annoying
Also: I am very sure, that that's not "Mud", as the page name ahs the "mud" put in quotation marks.

The boards automatically shrink images for preview in the main section of a post. If you click on the preview,
you'll get the full sized image. If you want to use a smaller image for your signature, you'll have to shrink it yourself with an image editor and then upload the smaller version. Shouldn't take a minute. I can do it for you a little later, if you want.
ETA: Here you go.

Thanks, Wears. I could've done that myself, I know enough editors online.
But yeah, by now everyone should know about it, so I think I don't need to advertize the news anymore.

So, scene shift, but also back in time: the corrupted panels border have regressed quite a lot from previous page.
(Also, I just noticed that the corruption stuff is missing from
http://goblinscomic.com/comic/12132016-2 , which happens to be the last page before the 1st Cheyenne's colored page.)

Nice catch!
Did I miss something? Did they actually destroy the Flea Demon?

Hmmm, so lets see. 48 times over Thousands of Years.
If we assume Thousands to be... about 5000, maybe?
That means this could have happened once every hundred years! Every generation gets a mutant Klik to deal with! I want to see the histories on some of THOSE, now. How were they beaten? They couldn't have all been metal Kliks, what about some of the Fire Kliks or the ones with ribbon-arms or the frog?
The point is to have fun.

That's an interesting proposal. Just like the previous AoP owners...
Although you could easily make animated spin-off series of this.
If the animated series hits well, have a LEGO series do some of these..... More cash-cross-overs-for-dollars.

That's not mud... that's fecal matter, isn't it? And it's "slimy"... so something even less pleasant in the mix that I do *not* want to think about.

He will not come back.

I agree. Especially since the last two stories feel so... ...umfinished, incomplete...
Anyway, G:AR art is done, so far better chances for regular updates!

I wonder if he'll do something later with Pateron...like make TF available for certain pledge amounts or add him into the comic...Honestly I think he could still do TF and people would probably still jump on it simply because TF is awesome XD.

Maybe every elf generation, but for humans that's like one in three at most. And it's not really clear how far those problems got, maybe they were swift to deal with the threat. If not, I suspect it would be common knowledge in the Thuntverse that every hundred or so years scary demigods scour the realm, and a cleric (like Forgath) would probably know at least something about this. That's just assumptions on top of assumptions though.
I feel smart, but I'm pretty sure I'm an idiot.

Right, right, not so much 'generation' but... age? Whatever you call a once-in-a-lifetime experience that people are almost bound to have unless they were born right after the last one. Just enough time to be forgotten and then it happens again.
Elf generations, that's good.
The point is to have fun.

We have no reason to believe that the incidents were evenly distributed, or even randomly distributed. All the incidents may have happened at the same time when a particularly delicious magic item was found.
The old name was Twocoo. The avatar is the scariest thing in Wizardry I, circa 1981.

Or caused by the same Klik, that simply ignored parental adive (or did not know about it), when it interacted with mortals and thus spawned plenty of "Junior" like abominations.
Now, this would be a target to set the last Paladin of the Greyhill to. Every single Klik is potentially realm destryoing, even without being pure evil like demons are.

hmmm so is this page back in time compared to the previous ones or is there less corrupting effects on the sides because they are farther away from the broken axe?

I think it's more a "this is happening at the same time as the other pages of the same level of corruption" thing.
Comics have to be shown/read in a sequence, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the things that happen on later pages happen later in time chronologically within the story, too.
