So Thunt himself is saying Kore is "cursed", instead of the Paladin's own feeling of being "gifted". Is that cannon now?

It was always considered that Y&B spoke the truth when she spoke to Kore as being a cursed paladin.

The characters page is a good start (I love that immediately below Complains of Names, we have Young and Beautiful), but it's extremely far from being a complete account of everyone in the cast, or even everyone who's currently part of the action. I hope there will be more of these.
