Well, I was thinking of joining the next round of serial killers, but i couldn't find the game, so i'l guess i'l host then shall I?

Im going with the old time rules that anyone that signs up is willing to be the killer

There has to be another layer to this under the obvious one, so for now, just stalling for time until some proper clues are evident

What that Lee found seems like a hint, thought it might be a herring. If Jib turns out innocent Lee might be the actual killer.

Mr. Green= Character from CLUE
Which makes me think that last line is the hint.
Unfortunately, the only W. H Pratt I can think of letters comic books, and I don't know who that singles out.

I think this is W.H. Pratt mentioned in code phrase.
However, if killer were to use the same description in further kills, he would'n be able to target Jib without repeating himself. Seems quite pointless to include actual player's name into dummy kill.
