Nikohl tweeted to me that she's not votin' to start with, so I'll close the votes maybe in about four or five hours and then move on to the next game month.

(fyi all: I am totally intending to play, I just don't really need/want to get involved with the who/what/where elements of the game. I'm happy to go with the majority, don't have any strong views one way or the other, and can't really express that via the modicum of tallied votes! Looking forward to the game start )

Mmmh, turns like this time its totally not what I had in mind... Heh, more of an actual challenge, then. I was inclined to vote for drow, too or give the Centaurs a try (Wemic suit me more with the powers, but the fluff is with the Horses.), but as with the last changes, drow don't seem to become the dominant race, I think I am going with... Goblins ! Call me nostalgic. And, well... How do I put it... I like playing without level adjustment (Don't know if Aegis is putting this into mind).

Also I adjusted a few votes, because I am sad, that Celestial Event doesn't get any love, as I saw that as a Main focus for strong PCs...

The first thing we have to do is to close the underdark connections and kill of the Lycanthroph-plague ]

Re your PM, ThroughTheWell... I may have to --- some internet idiots from a rival internet company are messing with the kludge fix my internet company did to set me up with internet in order to set someone ELSE up with internet --- I might get knocked offline for multiple days if they keep flat out backtalking my internet company like they're doing. AND my landlord is acting VERY VERY weird. However I won't wait forever.

ETA: I -was- going to end the voting in about two hours, but I'll stretch it a bit longer. Let's say... voting ends at 6 PM Eastern (it's 1:10 PM here now).

If we get an extra tweak for being drow I suppose I'll change my vote (although I think Grippli could be awesome).

The way I thought the race vote worked, was that all of the races chosen get into the starting tribe in proportion to their total votes / all the race votes. So all I'm asking for race wise is that drow have a the highest proportion. Gripipli looks like it is still coming in 2nd and will still be 'playable'.

From the first post in the thread:

The tribe will be made up of the percentages of the votes, so if there's 10 votes and seven vote goblins and three vote Orcs, then the tribe is made up of 70% goblins and 30% Orcs.

Seeamoose, you can play as a race as long as at least one person votes for it(Because then there are at least a few of them in the tribe), so between Drow and Grippli, it's pretty much a choice of which benefits you want, so if you want the extra tweak you can vote for drow and still play as a Grippli. No, i'm not biased at all~

TTW, technically, grippli and Drow are at a tie, meaning that (depending on a die roll) either one of them could come in as the dominant race with the other holding a close second. Technically this is not true, because i was trusting people could do math.
