Okay, well, this is a uh... elf dude, and that is a design for his sword. I am not really sure who the character is or anything about him... he just kind of looks cool.

still... do you really never make full stories? every second picture you post seems like it is taken out of context... what makes these images spring to your mind if not a untold story?
(of course, there is the dragon and the pump thing.. but are the others like that and we only see the one frame?)

Well, the characters in some of these pictures all come from the same world, the ones which happen to have fur and stuff.
I have tried to write... it has always ended in failure and me tossing the pages.honestly, I want to be a webcomic artist, but I really think I need a writer.

Gilligan is a former military member who was discharged for not being up to par in certain studies, and being caught under the influence many times while on duty. Having some skill with the sword and not many other abilities in general, he decided to work as bandit.
In combat he is typically the first to jump into the fray, though when things seem a bit too out of hand he is more than willing to sit back and watch the chaos. Gilligan seems to be unlucky, and often takes quite a bit more physical punishment than other members of the crew.

I am drawing a fight involving multiple mook type characters, but it is actually pretty small band compared to most you see in videogames and stuff, so I was thinking they should all have their own origins and the like.

that is cool, to boost I find combat poses to be both very interesting to watch, but also rewarding and challenging to make...
Over all I like it, do you wish constructive cretinism or just to show us the results?
