Let me give more information: my employer has several consultative bodies whichbare filled in parity (hal the people employees, half representatives of management). If there's a tie, the vote of the chairperson of that body (who is always a rep if management) gets a slightly heavier vote (e.g. whatever he chose will win).

I read through it and sadly I must admit I got the impression that M0rt had stuff figured out so I'll put a vote towards him as the first outsider vote
