I am very glad to see Idle use an ember in a bit of tinder to ignite a brimstone match.

I am however perplexed by her lips. Guess they are not cloven? As she can make a pretty good "o" to blow the match.

Though Kin. Seriously... We've seen you stand around in the room playing with yourselves for a good chunk of time now. And NOW you go "wait a minute before doing anything". You had plenty of time to think, even though everyone was making noise.

This page makes Bowst come across obnoxious, but in previous pages everyone else was just as annoying. I am not sure what to feel.

I missed it going up (am on holidays, visitng my parents), so I missd saving the first page that went up (without bowst' sword).


It feels like Bowst got pushed a bit too hard, and is now trying to establish dominance,but just failing....

So far, Bowst, Ward, Mixmax and Idle just have been pissing about in the most annoying way.

Any now Bowst takes the cake with being an aggressively forceful prick forcing a woman to do what he wants which is just my god, ew.

One of those total party wipes Kin mentioned seems better by the minute.

Ward might as well croak. I mean, he could have been interesting as a "cursed to follow someone who is dead", but really?

Salt and Bowlcut has not done anything interesting for ages.

MinMax dying could inject some excitement into the comic. Like, what is his deal nowadays? What does he DO, story-wise? He even has a replacement meathead who has character growth left to do: Bowst.

Kin is much more interesting, if we look for a main character for this arch of the comic.

Idle dying (twice) would give Bowst an interesting predicament: who is gonna fuck him to save his life?


As long as we don't cut away for several years from "big character death" (again), some dying is well overdue.

I can't help but think back to an old strip in Order of the Stick where they encounter the age-old puzzle of 1 person only tells lies and 1 person only tells truths, and before they can even begin to try and solve the puzzle, Haley interrupts to fire an arrow directly into one of their feet. They shout "OW! THAT DIDN'T HURT!" and she says "thats the guy who tells lies." and they simply keep moving on forward.

If that puzzle were in this comic, it would be 8 years later and we'd still be watching Minmax struggle through it with a cheeky smirk and butthole jokes with no end in sight.

Another reason why I miss k'sellis. Him ripping Noe's throat out had that wibe.

And another reason why I am (kinda) on team Bowst here. (Apart from the manhandling part). At least shit is happening. Just save me from yet another page of MinMax clowning around in front of candles that might have the same hue as stripes on a wall.

Agreed, k'sellis was great, I was keen to see them continue as a character for ages only to be cut short.
